Refunds are only available if the account delivered does not match the account that was purchased.

Security Recommendations

• Avoid playing tournaments during the first few days after receiving the account to prevent suspicious activity alerts.
• Do not share the account password with anyone to avoid theft or unusual activity.
• If the account still has friends added, we recommend removing the friend list after delivery.
